Raymond’s sixth Earth Day Celebration will be held Saturday, April 16 from 10 am to 3 pm at Riverside Park on Sundeen Parkway. The event is free.  Activities include  music, games, kids crafts, Yoga instruction, and a fabulous raffle. Musicians include: Jeff Warner- folk artist courtesty of the NH Humanities Council, West African Drummers, and Deb Potter and Alison Lacasse leading the school choruses.  Food will be available for purchase from Cub Scout Pack 100.
In case of bad of weather the Earth Day activities will be moved to the Iber Holmes Gove Middle School located in downtown Raymond off of Epping Street. If you are a vendor, club or organization that would like to have a table at Raymond’s Earth Day 2011 or if you have any questions, contact Susan Hilchey at 895-4030.
